Our Policies
BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT:
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of your appointment. If you have booked online and you need to reschedule your appointment, feel free to do so no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment. The same policy stands for those who have booked via direct message on Instagram or Facebook.

LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS:
Please note that late cancellations (less than 48hrs notice) will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service. For no shows, the full cost of the service will be charged.โ
