Our Policies
BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT:
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. If you need to reschedule your appointment, it must be done no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a modified service or a, treated as a "no-show".

LATE CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO SHOWS:
Please note that cancellations with less than 48hrs notice will incur a 50% fee of the booked services. All rescheduling must be done no later than 48hrs notice. Any 'day of' cancellations or 'no shows' will be charged 100% of the booking. If you fail to comply with our policy, you may be denied any future bookings.

Clients with a history of late cancellations or continuous rescheduling to avoid cancellation fees may be required to prepay 100% for future services.

As we do understand that 'life happens', some exceptions may be made and we will always do our best to accomodate where we can. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy to help keep our schedule running smoothly and fair for all.

ILLNESS:
Your health and wellbeing is important to us! If you are feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of illness (cold, flu, covid, etc.), please let us know as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that clients refrain from coming in when sick to help ensure a healthy environment for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.
